IT service & system integration
Large enterprise (1,800+ employees)
AI feedback analytics, explainable AI, HR platforms
Software engineers, consultants, HR professionals
Employee voice, organisational culture
The pilot develops an AI-supported employee feedback platform designed to support dialogue and trust, not control. It includes two connected interfaces. The employee-facing interface enables quick, intuitive feedback submission within daily workflows. The administrative interface is an AI-powered dashboard for HR and People Experience teams, providing aggregated insights such as sentiment analysis, topic clustering, keyword trends, red-flag alerts and suggested actions.
Explainable AI is built in so that analysis is transparent and easier to trust. HR professionals remain in the loop, reviewing AI outputs, correcting misclassifications and adding context for nuanced language such as sarcasm, cultural references or organisation-specific terminology. The aim is to keep interpretation accountable and grounded in organisational reality.
Privacy and data protection are treated as foundational requirements, with strong anonymity safeguards shaping technical choices.
Cross-functional teams from HR, IT, Marketing and Delivery are involved in co-designing the platform, so it fits real workflows and constraints. The design supports open-ended feedback, allowing employees to raise issues and propose ideas rather than only responding to fixed survey questions.
Human oversight is central. HR teams validate and refine AI interpretations over time, which supports both accuracy and trust.
The employee interface is in the final phase of development, with core features in place. The next milestone is deployment of the AI-powered administrative dashboard to support a shift from intuition-led to evidence-led decisions on employee experience.
Early implementation has also surfaced practical constraints. Internal security and compliance policies limit deployment options within existing systems, requiring alternative hosting and data-management solutions. This reinforces the need for strong organisational alignment when introducing human-centric AI tools.
This pilot applies a human-centric approach in practical terms, using explainable, privacy-aware AI to strengthen employee voice, trust and engagement in a large IT organisation.
The pilot redesigns work processes using AI, IoT and related tools to increase autonomy, reduce mental load and support better decisions. Technically, Kvalitetas is exploring AI (publicly available in the market) and IoT solutions alongside Manufacturing and Warehouse (integrated into RIVILE GAMA software), Odoo CRM (with AI functionality) Systems to support both management and manufacturing activities.
The tools aim to improve monitoring of production parameters, support inventory and material balance management, improve routine administrative and planning tasks, and strengthen food safety implementation. AI-based tools are also being explored for marketing and communication, including the creation of promotional and educational content that translates scientific and biological product information into accessible messages for consumers interested in functional nutrition and personalised diets.
