What does Industry 5.0 look like in real companies? Workshop - Human-Centric Companies in Practice (2nd edition)

13th May 2026 from 12.00 to 14:00 CET

As European companies continued to integrate advanced technologies into their operations, the workshop addressed a key question: how can these technologies be designed and implemented around the people who use them?

Through first-hand presentations from pilot companies involved in SEISMEC,  AI REDGIO 5.0 and SKillAIbility , participants learned how organisations are applying human-centric approaches in real industrial settings. The session explored how workers were involved in the design and deployment of new technologies, how companies supported skills development and workplace inclusion, and how technical and organisational challenges were addressed in practice.
